He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Lawrence. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Machowski; his stepchildren, Debbie Weinreber (Craig), Mike Agate (Sherri), Joseph Agate, Scott Machowski (Carol) and Jennifer Printup (Henry); and his sister Tina Sayers (Jon). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
