She is survived by: her children, Joseph Spicola, Jill Spicola, Jennifer Kuebler and Jeffrey Kuebler (Ashley); her grandchildren, Dane, Kali, Gia, Joshua, Jayden, Jianna, Jack and Matthew; and her sibling Pati Ellwood-Korkmas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sally's name may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America, or the Buffalo City Mission.
