He was predeceased by: his spouse Hazel Moss; and his siblings, Richard Moss (Teri) and Nora McNamara (late Robert). He is survived by: his father Walter Moss (Kim); his grandchildren, Mark and Sean; his siblings, Patricia Pennel (late Jack), Evelyn McNamara (late Eugene), James Moss, Joanne Mattingly (Thomas) and Donald Moss; and also Patrick Moss (Stephanie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
