He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilcox and Cindy Wilcox. He is survived by: his daughter Norah F. Wilcox; his siblings, Lynnet M. Lamb and William J. Wilcox (Cherri Davis); and his siblings' children, Rachel Lynnet Scott, Jennah Brian Lamb, Emmah Gayle Lamb and Mitchel Stephen Wilcox.
