He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Rice (Nikki) of Collinsville, OK and Linda Whiting (Don) of St. Cloud, FL; his former wife Fran Rice; his siblings' children, Evan, Alec Whiting and Megan Rice; his stepchildren, Kimberly Amodio, Kelly Mahar and Jon Herzog; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Mackenzie Herzog and Jeff Black. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
