He is survived by : his siblings, Edward Rice (Nikki) of Collinsville, OK and Linda Whiting (Don) of St. Cloud, FL; his former life partner Fran Rice; his nephews, Evan and Alec Whiting; his niece Megan Rice; his stepchildren, Kimberly Amodio, Kelly Mahar and Jon Herzog; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Mackenzie Herzog and Jeff Black. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
