He was predeceased by : his daughters, Kathy O'Neil, Annette O'Neil White and Brenda O'Neil. He is survived by : his significant other Receal "Sye" O'Neil; and his children, Ronnie O'Neil and Michelle O'Neil. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
