He was predeceased by : his daughter Nancy Bishop. He is survived by : his son Herbert; his wife Thelma Kennedy; his children, Anne Farnsworth of Hastings, NY, Florence Kennedy Rumsey of Adams, NY and Douglas Farnsworth of Amboy, NY; and his grandchildren, Mark Bishop, Kim Bishop, Jeff Ormsby, James Nason, Jessica Petrie and Sarah Harris. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central New York, 990 7th North St., Liverpool, NY.
