He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Matthew C. Phelan; his mother Karen Phelan; his brothers, Daniel Phelan and Michael Phelan; his stepchild Cheyenne; and his significant other Madeline.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Kevin's R. C. Church (45-21 194th St, Queens, NY 11358).
