He was predeceased by : his father Vito Spitalieri. He is survived by : his mother Mary Lou (Storch); his sons, Michael Spitalieri and Joseph Spitalieri; his sister Gina Fischetti; and his former life partner Lisa Spitalieri.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hawthorne Funeral Home (21 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532). A Mass was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Theresa's Church (1394 Pleasantville Rd, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510).
