He is survived by: his parent Margaret Chrisman Richard; his siblings, Mary Ervin and Walter Richard; and his siblings' children, Dawn Tarbox of Gaithersburg, MD, Cathy Bush of Ilion, Deb Keyser of Herkimer, Sandra Lindig of Ilion, Coleen Ervin of Herkimer, Alan Richard, Dan Ervin and Patricia Seymour.
