She was predeceased by: her parents, George Adamko and Pauline Drozda Adamko; and her siblings, John Adamko, Peter Adamko, Michael Adamko, Carl Adamko, Albert Adamko and Rose Hubiak.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Diane Czerniawski; her daughter Linda Hemingway; her grandchildren, Kevin (Jennie Czerniawski), Cynthia (Julio Ortiz), Carin Czerniawski and Jesse Hemingway; her great grandchild Kasey Czerniawski; and her sisters, Mary Bronson of Little Falls and Helen Urich of Little Falls. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
