He was predeceased by: his parent William Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Evelyn M. Gay, Sr. (Horning); his wife Susan; his children, Codi Gay of Herkimer and Austin Gay of Herkimer; his brother William Gay Jr. of Herkimer; his nephew Jason Gay of Ilion; Buster Klock of Herkimer. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be accepted and made out to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington VA 22202.
