She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lowell and Florence Johnston Lowell; her son Jamie Blum; and her sisters, Esther Rogers and Nellie Lowell.
She is survived by: her husband Roger L. Blum; her children, Scott (Annette Blum), Keith (Christina Blum), Mark (L'Annette) and Darlene (Dale Brewer) of Herkimer; and her brother Donald Lowell of Frankfort. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
