She was predeceased by: her parent John Zajec; her brother Charles Zajec; and her grandson Jason Recchio. She is survived by: her parent Bertha Buczek Zajec; her husband Theodore, Sr.; and her children, Teddy Widay Jr., Carol Bugal of Frankfort and Sharon Recchio (James) of Frankfort. She is also survived by her friends and family especially her cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren.
