He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Falk; and his brothers, Charles Falk and John Falk. He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Falk (Metz); his children, Joan Miller (Clinton) of Springfield, VA, Mary K. Cosmo (Philip) of Ogdensburg, Patricia Miller (Dale) of Herkimer and Carl Falk (Doreen) of Rochester; his siblings, Mary Falk of Mohawk and Francis Falk of Brooklyn; and his sister-in-law Beatrice Falk. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Newport Volunteer Fire Company and Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc. Envelopes will be available at the calling hours.
