He is survived by: his father James Allen; his stepmother Betty Maine of Corinth, KY; his significant other Melvia Means of Clay City; his sons, Jacob Maine of Tipton, IN, Bryan Roadrick (Heather) of Russiaville, IN and Kolten Johnston of Clay City; and his siblings, Johnny Herald (Amber) of Clay City and Jacole Conley (Richey) of Noblesville, IN. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
