He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Foor and Ruby Diveley Foor; and his sister Barbara Landis. He is survived by: his stepfather Judd Landis; his wife Betty Pritts; his children, David Foor of Syracuse, Donald Foor (Donna Whitney) of Herkimer, Daniel Foor (Kim) of Madison, WI and Pamela Pestar of Herkimer; his stepbrothers, William Landis (Vera) of Berlin, PA, Stanton "Stan" Landis (Bonnie) of Berlin, PA, Gary Landis of Berlin, PA and Edward Landis (Shirley) of Berlin, PA; his sisters, Judith Cook of Berlin, PA, Sally Faidley (Elmer) of Sommerset and Sharon Faidley (George) of Berlin, PA; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Christina, Alexi, MacKenzie, Dawson, Harrison, Angela, Samantha, CarlyJo, Dalton, Haley, Hannah and Jordan. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
