She was predeceased by: her father James K. Klock. She is survived by: her mother Carol M. Perry Klock; her significant other Gordon Day of Chadwicks; her brother Jeffrey Klock (Kimberly) of Herkimer; and her nieces, Jennifer Klock (Eric Constable) of Holland Patent and Jaymie Klock of Herkimer.
