She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Petykiewicz and Mary Pijanowski Petykiewicz. She is survived by: her husband Edwin Komendarek; her son Peter; her daughter-in-law Sharon Komendarek of Norwich; her granddaughter Meghan Komendarek; her brother Edward; her sister-in-law Sandra Petykiewicz of Clark Lake, MI.; her sister Elaine; and her brother-in-law Robert Birrell of Bonita Springs, FL.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
