He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Riesel and Marjorie Upson Riesel; and his brother Richard Riesel. He is survived by: his significant other Debora Brunner; his partner's son Wayne; his former wife Norma Riesel; his children, Timothy Justin Riesel of Herkimer, L'Annette Blum (Mark) of Ilion, Lisa Houle (Paul) of Apalachin and Leslie Stone of Canastota; his grandchildren, Shelby, Rebecca, Katie, Mark, Kristina, Kayla, Hannah and Jimmy; and his great grandchildren, George and Benjamin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
