He was predeceased by: his parents, Philomena Sportiello and Charles Sportiello. He is survived by: his aunt Godmother Cuccinelli; his significant other Audrey Butan; and also Rosalie "Ruby" Cuccinelli. He is also survived by several cousins, and many Staten Island friends.

Charles Sportiello Jr., 63, of Highland Beach, Fla., formerly of West Brighton, SI, died Sunday, April 29, 2018, after battling Alzheimer's.
