With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stacy Merrills (Hoosick Falls, New York), who passed away on May 27, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel J. Merrills; her parents, Charles Stowell and Ruth Stowell (Brown); and her brother Larry Stowell. She is survived by: her siblings, Robin Stowell, Cheryl Stowell, Kim Houghton (Wayne), Neil Stowell (Roseanne) and Rick Stowell (Rose Marie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mahar Funeral Home (43 Main St, Hoosick Falls, NY 12090). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the Karen & Molly McGovern Memorial Fund or the Cambridge Valley Rescue Squad through the funeral home.
