He is survived by: his mother Terri Raphael of Poughquag; his sister Katrina Raphael of Poughquag; his grandparents, Beth Blazek of Boynton Beach, FL and Robert Raphael of Yorktown; his great-grandparent Helen Innocenti of Singer Island, FL; his aunts and uncles, Beth Leigh, Diane (Joe Shubert), Andrew (Lila Blazek), Kevin (Amy Raphael), Bryan Raphael, Lee (Bob Ginabbi), Marilyn (Roger Rooney) and Lisa Bailey; and his cousins, Michael, Marissa, Christopher Leigh, Joseph, Thomas Shubert, Tyler Blazek, Zachary, Amanda Raphael, Steven, Christopher Erker and Lydia Sweet.
