He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund J. Kardas, Sr. and Florence A. Kardas (Haines). He is survived by: his cousin John; his wife Rene Ferrara; his children, Jason Kardas (Nicole) of Oceanside, CA, Amber-Ann Grant (Matthew) of Highland and Tyler Kardas (Erin) of Poughkeepsie; and his grandsons, Liam and Luke. He is also survived by many extended family members and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ed's name to Hudson Valley Hospice, the American Legion, or any local animal rescue organization-reflecting his compassion and care for both people and pets.
