He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale "Patsy" Gentile and Lucy Gentile (Viola); his sisters, Rose Secondo and Mary Holt; and his wife Rosemary Edger.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Gentile (Brenda) of Walworth, NY, Sue Woolston (Dave) of Rochester, NY, Cathy Balys (Frank) of Holley, NY, Andrea Jo Johnson (Steve) of Bowie, MD, James Gentile (Rachel) of Gettysburg, PA, Anthony Gentile of Leadville, CO, Vincent Gentile (Erin) of Painted Post, NY and Frank; and his brothers, Angelo Gentile (Marguerite) of Hornell and Patsey Gentile (Betty) of Lackawanna, NY. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Jim's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to St. Ann's Church, 31 Erie Ave., Hornell, NY 14843.
