She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Howard and Vera Carpenter Baldwin. She is survived by: her husband Henry Lembeck III; her siblings, Howard Baldwin, Jean Zukas and Nancy Kelly; and her children, Taryn Draxler and Jeff Price.
A graveside service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery, Cemetery.
