It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy A. Borden of Horseheads, New York, born in Corning, New York, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Borden and Louella Morseman Borden (Morseman); his former life partner Elsie Borden (Fenton); and his siblings, Herbert, Janet, Donna, Pauline, Waneta and Gladys.

He is survived by : his wife Theresa Conover Borden; his children, Patricia Wood (Floyd), Louisa Wood (Norm), Judie Bertani, David McIlwain (Becky Madrigal), Virginia Heffner, Beverly Croak and Darlene Mclelland (Bob); and his siblings, Beatrice VanZile, Wayne Borden (Bonnie) and Maynard Borden. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
