He was predeceased by: his father Gregory Patrick Meara; and his grandmother Josephine Pastrana. He is survived by: his mother Christine Meara-Kaplowitz (Pastrana); his stepfather Alan Kaplowitz; his brother David Kaplowitz; his grandparents, Beth Kaplowitz, Patricia, Earl May and Ronald Pastrana; his aunt Sheri Donlan; his uncles, Guy Pastrana and Chris Meara; and his cousins, Adam, Alyssa, Aaron Meara, Sara, Jack, George Donlan, Guy Jr. and Marlena Pastrana.
