“I would like to send my deepest condolences out to the Westbrook & Powell families. I grew up with Tinesha and Darwin. Little D was such a respectful young man. He is like family. He and my son Justin grew up together on Croley street. He called me "Aunt Jackie". He is going to be missed. I will miss the mayday mayday calls. What a beautiful soul. Gone far too soon.”
