He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Rosalie Smith and James Oliver Phillips; his wife Jannette Ross (Jan); his children, Lisa (John Uribe), Trena (Jacques Durocher), Denise (Benoit Cador), Arlene (Rickey Roberts) and Raphael (Analis Ross); and his siblings, Angela Margaret Rose Phillips, Andrew Oliver Phillips and Mitchell Emerson Phillips. He was also cherished by his twelve grandchildren, as well as his great-granddaughter.
