He was predeceased by : his parents, Israel Oseas and Hilda Nathanson Oseas; and his son Seth Oseas. He is survived by : his wife Iris Lipskar Oseas of Hurley; his children, Leah Cullen (Edward) of Pawtucket, RI, David Oseas of Kingston and Miriam Gibbons (John) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Rebecca Cuellar, Zachary Gibbons, Dare Oseas, Alexandra Gibbons, Rue Duprass and Isaac Oseas; and his great grandchildren, Lilian, Sofia and Penelope.
