He is survived by : his father Eugene Groelle of New Paltz; his son Christopher Groelle; his stepson Daniel Murray of Massachusetts; his sister Cindy Sumerano (Dino) of Hurley; and his nieces, Daniela Sumerano, Lia Rutski and Alissa Sumerano.
