She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Worthington (Wakely) and Robert Worthington; her aunt Ethel (Wakely); her husband George Stanton Forslund; and her siblings, Sylvia Berghela and Basil Worthington.
She is survived by: her sons, Jay (Karen) and Glen Forslund (Jamie Martin); her grandchildren, Amanda, Justin, Kayleigh and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Greyson Kehs and Collete Dake; and her siblings, Ruby Pigliavento (James), Pamela Crippen (Rick) and Robert Worthington Jr. (Sandra). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home (1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam, NY 12306). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cedar River Cemetery.
