It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Grace Tornabene (Irondequoit, New York), who passed away on May 11, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Palma (Philip); her stepgrandchildren, Ellery Durnion (Jeremy), Christy Palma, Brycen Durnion and Carissa Durnion; her sister Marion Barbato; and also Nancy Kuhn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Ann's Angel Fund.
