He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Jake and Katie; his stepchildren, Dillon O'Sullivan, Jake O'Sullivan and Kasey O'Sullivan; his parents, Elizabeth "Jerry" and Charles "Jerry"; and his sisters, Erin Scherfling (Bob) and Melissa Painton (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
