It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Henry D. Forbes of Irving, New York, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Mildred Sloan and Henry Curtis; and his siblings, David, Nancy and Middy-Jean.

He is survived by : his wife Marie; his children, Michael (Vickie), Patrick (Dotty), Caroline (Keith Hall), Suseann (Jeff Staniunas) and Elizabeth (Terry Stanford); and his sister-in-law Norma. He is also survived by many in-laws, friends, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
