He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Sloan and Henry Curtis; and his siblings, David, Nancy and Middy-Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Michael (Vickie), Patrick (Dotty), Caroline (Keith Hall), Suseann (Jeff Staniunas) and Elizabeth (Terry Stanford); and his sister-in-law Norma. He is also survived by many in-laws, friends, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
