It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aleksander W. Travis (Ithaca, New York), who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Jack and Kate; his parents, Beth and Alex; his grandmother Mabel; his aunt Marianna; his uncle Alan; his cousins, Marina, Karista and Elena; and his pets, Red and Jubs.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his honor to the Ithaca City School District, 400 Lake Street, Ithaca, NY 14850 Attn: ICSD Treasurer. All donations will benefit the LACS Music department, which helped him and gave him sanctuary when he needed it most.
