She is survived by: her spouse Theodore Karakantas; her children, Paul Karakantas and Katherine Karakantas; her great grandchildren, Adamandia Ruocco (Dia), Greg Ruocco, Isadora, Theodore, Demitra Karakantas, Larry Abolaji, Apollo and Kingston; her sibling Peter Marinos; and also Carolyn Marinos. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
