She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Douglas and Mary Douglas (Alber); her husband Francis; her son Randall Chase (Amy); and her siblings, Frederick Douglas, Pauline Mysato and Bonnie Douglas.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle DeChant (Oliver), Kim Chase, Daniel Chase (Janet Booth) and Jeffrey Chase; her grandchildren, Angellica McClelland (Matthew), Catherine Johnson-Taylor (Marcus), Sarah Johnson, Candace Chase, Amanda Chase, Ashley Terrell (Morgan), Sarah Chase, Tyler Chase and Nathan Chase; her great grandchildren, Alayjah, Prince, Harper, Sadie, Ella, Aiyanna, Jaden, Kevin, Triton, Langston, Chad, Asher, Charles and Dillon; her brother Martin Chase (Barbara); and her sister-in-law Lore Fuller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
