She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Robert and Alice Lilian Welsh; her husband Frank; her brother Francis Leonard Welsh; her son Stephan Francis Miller; and her nephew Jeffrey Bryce Cumpston.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia Cook of Beaverton, OR; her children, Patricia Ross (David) of Mercer Island, WA, Kevin (Linda) of Ithaca, NY and Brian (Heidi) of Naples, FL; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jenesse, Christina Miller, Emilie Ross, Caitlin Ross, Jonathan Miller and Matthew Miller. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and four nieces and nephews.
