He was predeceased by: his son George; his wife Hannah; and his siblings, Norma Boronkay (Moore), Irving and Palmer Moore.

He is survived by: his sons, John Moore (Colleen) and Doug Moore (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Erin Vickory and Jennifer Stephenson (George Moore). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable contributions be made to a charity of their choice or perform an act of kindness for someone.
