She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wilczak and Esther Wilczak; her close friend Russell "Sonny" Clark; and her nephew Edward Collins. She is survived by: her sister Dinah Collins of Ithaca, NY; her niece Diann Collins; and her children, Shelby and Ethan of Palm Bay, FL.. She is also survived by several Aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
