He is survived by: his wife Betty Rinchack; his daughter Billie Jo Owens (Brian); his godson Jesse Seaman (Leslie); and his brothers, Andy Rinchack (Pat) and Joseph Rinchack (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and 11 grandchildren.
