Hubble of Ithaca, New York, born in Endicott, New York, who passed away at the age of 86, on January 3, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelina Barbato Grassi and Stephen I. Hubble; her husband Steve; and her brothers, Angelo, Francis and Dennis Grassi.

She is survived by: her children, Maria Hubble Colleyacme (Vincent), Angela Hubble Personius (Mario), Stephen Hubble Jr. (Lorna) and Regina Hubble; her grandchildren, Mark Colleyacme (Mona Abdi), Joshua Hubble and Danielle Hubble (Johnathan Ramos); her great grandchildren, Lily, Emma, Stevie and Julian; and her sisters, Kathie Grassi and Joanne Florini (Nick). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are asked to be directed to any charity that aids the homeless and hungry.

“Fil was an amazing person. I worked with her at the hospital as a Nurse. She had such a big heart and loved her patients. Sometimes she had to use her tough love to get one of them to get out of bed, take a medication, or walk down the hall but she was persistent and persuaded them as only Fil could, to do what was needed. She was also a friend to all coworkers and often brought us pastafazuli for supper as we worked the 3 to 11 shift. I will always remember Fil. Rest In Peace my friend.”
