He is survived by: his children, Ellen and Clayton; his parents, Philip Rumsey and Kathryn Rumsey; and his sisters, Starleen Landon and Dyan Manley (Kevin). He is also survived by Several Nephews, Nieces, Uncles, Aunts and cousins.
