He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his former wife Dona Cobane Richards; his siblings, Edison, Elmer, Irvin Richards and Beverly Greene; and his parents, Edison and Pearl.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas (Don) and Dennis (Ann); his stepsons, John Mostert, Joad Coleman and Daniel Coleman (Terri); Francis, James and Roland Richards. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
