He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine "Angela" Mannas; his parents, Joseph F. Rowley and Alice McBride Rowley; and his siblings, Ellen Welsh, Alice Ann Ellinwood, Isabel McDonough and Charles "Mac" Rowley.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Anne), Joseph, John (Jean), Mary Campbell (Steven), Michele Lipe (Kevin), Patrick (Caroline), Christopher (Jennifer) and Thomas. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many grandchildren in-laws, 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
