She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Voorheis and Myrtle Voorheis; her siblings, Carl Voorheis (Sharon) and Arlene Reddick; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Newhart, Donna Rogers and Robert Newhart.
She is survived by: her husband Leon "Lee" Newhart; her children, Ken Newhart (Nancy) of Trumansburg, Rebecca Lee (Greg) of Tennessee and Vanessa (David Hoaglin); her siblings, Melvin Voorheis (Judy) of Tennessee, Wayne Voorheis (Florence) of Utah, Sandra Christensen of Utah, Marilyn Cooper of Trumansburg and Bonnie Covington of Spencer; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Voorheis, Fred Newhart, Peters Rogers and Jacqueline Newhart. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
