He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy Horst (Vernon); his father Ralph Horst (Florence Huff); and his siblings, Donald (Marge) and Grace Lawrence (John). He is survived by: his wife Hope Thorn Horst; his children, Jeffery (Lianzi Yu), Bradley (Renee Merzejewski), Timothy (Kristin Reece) and Anne Horst (Anoly Turner); his grandchildren, Madeline Turner, Brenden Yu Horst, Megan, Jason and Trevor; and his brothers, Dick Horst (Helen) and Barberton. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
