He was predeceased by: his parents, Monica P. Mullins Sprague and William A. Sprague; and his siblings, Patricia Lazarony (Joe), Maureen Morgan (Paul), Richard, David (Phyllis) and William Sprague (Diane).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Gorman Sprague; his sisters, Sue Katsampis (Paul) of Colorado and Mary Sprague (Christy Magnuson) of Washington; his sister-in-law Grace Sprague of Rochester, NY; his children, Jeffrey Sprague (Kathy) of Ellicott City, MD and Karen Sprague (Sheila Scheerer) of Wake Forest, NC.; and his granddaughter Mary Sprague of Ellicott City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand and great nieces.
